Membrane Press (vacuum press)
This process is used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard etc. with a thickness between 0.20-0.50mm and width of 1260mm or 1400mm in Length which reaches up to 100-300m/roll. It is used for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. It covers embossed board and is capable of covering five surfaces at the same time.
Wrapping Profiles
The process of wrapping profiles has thickness between 0.12-0.18mm and width of 40-1260mm while Length stretches to 300-800m/roll. It is suitable for all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and more.
Cold Laminating
It has a thickness of 0.12-0.20mm, width of 1240-1260mm and Length of 300-500m/roll. It can be used for all kinds of flat panels including wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel etc. for doors and furniture.
Hot Laminating
The hot lamination process includes thickness of 0.16-0.30mm with Width of 1260mm and Length stretching to 200-300m/roll. It is mainly used to cover PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for production of doors, skirting and other items.
Self-adhesive
The self-adhesive process has thickness of 0.10-0.20mm and Width of 600mm or 1220mm with Length of 5-50m/roll. It can be put on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
