Applications:
Different Process for different application
1.Membrane Press (vacuum press)
It is mainly used for covering on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc with the thickness of 0.20-0.50mm, width of 1260mm/1400mm and length of 100-300m/roll. Additionally, it can embed the board to cover five surfaces at the same time.
2.Wrapping Profiles
Its application covers all kinds of profiles such as wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc for doors frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on, with the dimensions of thickness of 0.12-0.18mm, width of 40-1260mm, and length of 300-800m/roll.
3.Cold Laminating
It is suitable for covering on all kinds of flat panels such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc for doors and furniture, with the dimensions of thickness of 0.12-0.20mm, width of 1240-1260mm, and length of 300-500m/roll.
4.Hot Laminating
It can be applied with PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and so on, with the dimensions of thickness: 0.16-0.30mm, width of 1260mm, and length of 200-300m/roll.
5.Self-adhesive
It is applicable to any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations with the dimensions of thickness of 0.10-0.20mm, width of 600mm/1220mm, and length of 5-50m/roll.
